Free VPN Giveaway Terms

These terms apply to the RogerKart 6-Month Free VPN giveaway ("the Giveaway") run by RogerKart India Pvt. Ltd. ("RogerKart", "we", "us"). By claiming free VPN access, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the VPN provider's terms of service.

1. Eligibility

• You must have a registered RogerKart account.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must join the official RogerKart Telegram group from your dashboard.
• One claim per person and per account. Duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.

2. How to claim

• Log in to your RogerKart account and open the VPN section of your dashboard.
• Join our Telegram group using the button in the dashboard.
• Once your membership is verified, your VPN access details and setup guide are unlocked.

3. What you get

Eligible members receive free VPN access for 6 months, starting from the day the access is issued. The VPN service is provided by [VPN provider name]. Features, server locations and any usage limits are set by the provider: [summarise limits, e.g. devices per account, data limits].

4. No payment required

The Giveaway is completely free. RogerKart will never ask for your card, UPI or bank details to claim the VPN. If anyone asks you for payment on our behalf, please report it to support@rogerkart.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the VPN lawfully and in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. You must not use it for fraud, hacking, spam, copyright infringement, illegal content or any other unlawful activity. We may withdraw access if these rules are broken.

6. Non-transferable

VPN access is personal to you. It can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash or any other reward.

7. After 6 months

Your free access ends automatically after 6 months. You won't be charged, and nothing renews unless you choose to buy a plan directly from the provider.

8. Changes and cancellation

We may change, pause or end the Giveaway at any time, for example if the provider's terms change or if we detect abuse. Access that has already been issued will be honoured wherever reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of liability

The VPN service is provided "as is" by a third-party provider. To the extent permitted by law, RogerKart is not liable for service interruptions, speed issues, data loss or any indirect losses arising from use of the VPN.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
